Services involved at launch
Cloudflare provides hosting, the same-origin inquiry function, and Turnstile anti-spam verification. Formspree provides interim inquiry handling and delivery. The inquiry is delivered to the owner’s private mailbox without publishing its address.

Possible later delivery provider
Resend is not active at launch. It may replace Formspree only after custom-domain verification and a separately approved provider and privacy migration. The notice and official provider references must be updated before or with that change.
Retention
- Inquiry copies are deleted within 30 days.
- When a discussion remains active, related information is retained only as needed while the discussion is active.
- Information retained for an active discussion is deleted within 30 days after the discussion closes unless a separate obligation applies.
- Controlled test submissions are deleted immediately.
- Deletion is not promised for backups outside the owner’s verified control.

- Automated marketing email
Do not send sensitive information
Please do not include passwords, API keys, or sensitive production data.
Access or deletion requests
Use the ordinary contact form to request access to or deletion of a prior inquiry. Begin Project details with “Privacy request.” Provide enough information to identify the inquiry without sending passwords, credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information.
The owner cannot promise disclosure or deletion when the requester cannot reasonably be matched to the prior inquiry.
